All damaged goods should be reported by either email or telephone within 24 hours of receipt of goods to enable the issuing of a credit. Should this not be the case we will not accept liability for damaged goods.

Please be aware the measurements of items listed on our website are and approximate only and can vary by up to 3mm either way. All of our cello bags come in 100 pack sizing and quantities can vary by a few bags.
