1. Measure the height and width of the item you’re placing in the cello bag, this will give you an approximate size estimate.
2. If your item is thin (less than 5mm) like a photo, greeting card or art print then select a cello bag that has a similar (same) height to your item and approximately 5mm more in width. This will ensure a perfectly snug, fit every time.
For example: If I was looking for the perfect size cello bag for a standard business card (90mm x 55 mm) then I would choose our 100mm x 60mm cellophane bag.
If your item is a bit thicker, different shape or you want to place multiple items then simply place all the items together and wrap a tap measure around them, where it meets note the number and divide it by 2 and add 5-10mm to this value. You will now know the perfect width for your items.

All of our cello bags are free from any print, logos or writing. 100% clean so there’s nothing obstructing your items.
Yes our bags can be heat sealed!
If your putting any food items in the bags then we recommend you heat seal them to maintain optimal freshness.
All of our cello bags are BOPP (bi-axially-oriented polypropylene) material. This is different to the traditional cellophane bags which are made from cellulose fibres.
The benefit of bags made from BOPP material means they don’t turn milky in colour or become brittle over time. They have a built in air and moisture barrier to better protect items and are heat sealable. BOPP bags do not tear or crinkle easily and all of our bags are extra thick (40 microns) to ensure superior strength.
Yes all of our cello bags are BPA-free and make an excellent choice for packaging food items.
Yes all of our cello bags can be recycled with the number “5” as it’s resin identification code. You can recycle our bags with RedCycle at your nearest Cole or Woolies.
Yes we off wholesale purchase of our cello bags in both 2000 and 5000 piece quantities.
We recommend that you keep your bags in the protective packaging they arrive in until you need them. To maintain their appearance store the packs face down on a flat surface to prevent creasing. We also recommend keeping your bags away from heat and direct sunlight.
All of our cello bags come with a seal. If you prefer not to have this a simple alternative is to use a commercial guillotine to snip the seal flap off. Most local print shops can do this for little to no expense for you.
Mistakes do happen and that’s ok. Please send us an email to email@example.com with your order number and the size you would like so we can send you the replacement. Please note that it will be your responsibility to send the returned item back to us. The returned item must be sent back in the condition it was originally sent to you and you will need to cover the return shipping and handling charges.
Once your return has been approved we will send you out the correct sized bags plus/minus any extra charges due to different sizing.

On rare occasions, packages can get damaged during the shipping process. If for any reason you’re not happy with the quality of your order then please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org including your order number and details of any damage. We will do our best to replace your damaged item as soon as possible.
