We will accept return requests on any of our items, however it must be returned to our warehouse in 100% saleable condition within 30 days to qualify for a full refund.
We are unable to accept any returns after 30 days from date of receipt.
Any damaged or defective products must be approved for return within 30 days of receipt to qualify for a full refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Regular orders: 2-6 business days for delivery.
Express orders: 1-3 business days for delivery.
If your items have arrived damaged the we will promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You are not charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments. All we request is notification upon receipt of goods and the return of damaged or defective product. We are unable to accept Damaged or Defective claims after 30 days from date of receipt.
