If you want to contact us outside these hours then please email us at hello@thecelloking.com – We usually respond within a few hours.

If you have a request that requires immediate attention or need to place an urgent order then contacting us via phone is the best method.

Phone lines are open Monday through Friday 9am-5pm AEST.

If there is no answer please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.
